The Walking Deadseason eight premiere was a jumble of montages and flash forwards. “Mercy” shoots the opening salvo in the war against the Saviors. Some scenes, particularly of Old Man Rick, seem pulled right from the comic. I’ve learned not to infer anything, so we’ll see ifOld Man Rickis truly the future or just a red herring....
