Amber Heardherself posted this brief nine-second video toInstagramover the weekend, showing her training with the 87Eleven team, a company that was founded byJohn WickdirectorsChad StahelskiandDavid Leitch. While the founders weren’t present in this video, she is seen training withJon Valera. Earlier this week,Amber Heardposted a training photo where she was seen practicing with a fake sword, revealing that she was being trained by accomplished martial artistLi Jing, who has worked as a stuntwoman on big-budget movies such asPacific Rim,The Last Airbender,Rush Hour 3andThe Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, just to name a few.

We reported earlier this month that Warner Bros.' has pushed theAquamanrelease date from July 12, 2025 to August 16, 2025, which comes just a few months after it was pushed from July 28, 2025 to July 12, 2025. No explanation was given for the release date shift, and it remains to be seen if this will affect the shooting schedule, but it’s possible that this move was made to give directorJames Wanmore time in post-production.
