FormerJackassstarBam Margerais dealing with more legal problems. Weeks ago, Margera was arrested in California on suspicions of domestic violence after a woman he was dating alleged that he’d kicked her. He was released the following day on $50,000 bail, and the local District Attorney’s office has stated that they won’t be filing charges due to insufficient evidence. Less than a month later, Margera is again in hot water with the cops, this time over an incident that occurred at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.
TMZreports that authorities responded to a call on Wednesday afternoon, arriving at the location to find Margera allegedly arguing with a woman. According to the report, the shouting was getting increasingly louder, leading to the police involvement. Cops determined that Margera was “unable to take care of himself,” and he left the area in handcuffs, arrested and booked for misdemeanor public intoxication. It’s noted that Margera’s estranged wife, Nikki Boyd, and their shared son, Phoenix, where both at the restaurant at the time as well. Cops have not stated if Boyd was who Margera was arguing with, or if it was someone else in the restaurant.
Boyd legally filed for separation from Margera in February, claiming that the former daredevil appeared to be under the influence when he last visited his son. Days ago, Margera had his son’s name tattooed in Arabic on his face, just above his eyebrow. He wrote on Instagram that he got the tattoo in order to “remind Nikki she is breaking my heart by not letting me see him.”

Bam Margera’s Struggles Continue
It’s certainly been a whirlwind of a year for Bam Margera. After he was fired from the production of last year’sJackass Forever, Margera had sued the studio and filmmakers, ultimately coming out of it last year with an undisclosed settlement. While he still has yet to patch things up with Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine, Margera had been spending some time with Steve-O in recent months, even opening for his formerJackassco-star on Steve-O’s comedy tour. Steve-O later said in a since-deleted social media post that he was disappointed in Margera relapsing after doing so well.
“Bam, last night you had your five year old son with you on stage at my show, and you were blessed with a chance to spend another day or two with him – then as soon as you left my show, you stayed up all night getting loaded enough to think it was a good idea to post more vile nonsense like this. I hope you understand how awful that is," Steve-O wrote in response to Margera badmouthing Knoxville and Tremaine.
After that situation, Margera also made headlines in February when he paid a visit to Priscilla Presley’s home, as he knew her son. He claimed on social media that he had been given a robe and ring belonging to Elvis, that he in turn would gift to his father and friend, respectively. Priscilla Presley would later deny that she gave Margera any of her late husband’s property.Margera would subsequently apologizefor “acting like a jackass” at the Presley home and stated it was her son Navarone who gave him the items.
