The Peach Pit is back in business. Fox has released a new trailer for the quasi-revival ofBeverly Hills, 90210calledBH90210, which finds the original cast returning to play themselves in a fictionalized account of life after a hit TV show. The latest promo opens with the gang playing with their vintage 90s era dolls in a replica of the Peach Pit, going over dialogue for their revival within the ‘revival’. Growing tried of the reenactment, they collectively throw their toys down and head off to set to shoot the real thing. Except for Brian Austin Green. He returns to retrieve his doll so his kids can have a souvenir.
BH90210started picking up steam last year, with most of the original cast returning to appear as themselves. Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris, Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling were signed on almost immediately. Shannen Doherty and Luke Perry were the only hold outs. Sadly, Perry, who was expected to return for at least a few episodes, having limited time due to his schedule onRiverdale,passed away before shooting began. To help honor his spirit, long time friend Shannon Doherty, who notoriously clashed with most of the cast, save Perry, decided to return.
