John Wick: Chapter 4is finally arriving in Japan in September after becoming one of the most successful movies of the year and one of the most acclaimed titles in the entire franchise led by Keanu Reeves as the titular assassin.
Back in 2014, when the first installment of the saga hit theaters, neither director Chad Stahelski nor Reeves imagined the enormous phenomenon that the story of a man seeking revenge for the death of his dog, among many other things, would become. Almost 10 years later and with four movies already released, theJohn Wickuniverse is ready to expand beyond the main character, although that original story could also continue in the future.

But before even thinking about John’s next epic adventure, the latest movie still has to be release in a few countries like Japan, where it will be premiering on September 22 with a new name. While promoting the upcoming debut with a new trailer, the official Twitter pagefor the film revealed that in Japan it will be calledJohn Wick: Consequences:
John Wick: Consequencesdefinitely reflects the theme of the movie. First of all, the word is repeated several times throughout the 2 hours and 49 minutes the film lasts, but it is also related to one of the main topics, which is acknowledging that every action has a consequence.

But that won’t be all. Back inJohn Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, the door to a new universe was opened with the introduction of Anjelica Huston’s character and her army of ballerinas.Ana de Armasis set to star in the second spinoff of the franchise titledBallerina, which will follow one of The Director’s apprentice in her own killing adventures.
