Misha Collinswill soon be seen taking on the role of one of Batman’s most well-known adversaries in the upcoming CW seriesGotham Knights, and ahead of the show’s arrival, fans can get a sneak peek at his arrival. Previously, it was announced that theSupernaturalstar would beplaying Harvey Dent, and a good look at him in this role was unveiled in an official trailer. But the trailer did not reveal Dent as he appears after suffering immense facial disfigurement that causes him to become the villainous Two-Face.
Gotham Knightsisn’t set to premiere until March, but kicking off the new year, Collins shared a video on Instagram from behind the scenes of the series. The footage is a tease of what he’ll look like as Two-Face, with the makeup team applying facial prosthetics to the actor. Of course, the video doesn’t reveal how he looks as Two-Face after the process is finished, but it does highlight how much time he needs to spend in the makeup chair to make his transformation complete.

The tweet reads, “From under the layers of this waning year, I will emerge transformed in 2023…”
While this does suggest we’ll see Two-Face appear in some fashion inGotham Knights, fans shouldn’t expect to see Harvey Dent becoming his villainous alter-ego right away. Collins previously said that he’d be spending the “whole first year” as Harvey before he becomes Two-Face. He also spoke about his character’s relationship with Turner Hayes.
“I’m playing Harvey Dent who is the D.A. of Gotham and I also happen to have been friends with Bruce Wayne,” he said in aTVLineinterview. “I knew this young man very well growing up, right? Turner Hayes was almost like an adopted nephew to me, so when the evidence piles up against him, I don’t want it to be true. But it does pile up quite compellingly.”
