Reedus recently sat down withColliderto discuss his role inThe Bikeriders. During the interview, the actor was asked about the upcomingJohn Wickspin-off and had nothing but praise for the film’s “tightly choreographed” action. Reedus discussed working on the reshoots, describing the experience as “painful” following days and days of non-stop action choreography.

“It’s a very physical, full-on, I-need-a-bottle-of-Advil-all-day-long type of job,” the actor said.
Reedus couldn’t hide his enthusiasm about working on the project, and his about audiences getting to seethe beautiful action inBallerina, saying:

“It was painful. [Laughs] I just got back from Budapest where we added more fight scenes to it. So, I went from Japan to Budapest, back to Japan basically. It’s high-octane. It’s a cool story, it’s well-acted, visually stunning, but it’s just like bang, bang, bang, bang, bang.”
Norman Reedus Has a New-Found Respect for Keanu Reeves
As integral as action choreography is to theJohn Wickfranchise, the series would be nothingwithout its leading star, Keanu Reeves. The actor threw himself headfirst into months and months of training, working with cars, guns, dogs, horses, and motorbikes for the increasingly spectacular fight scenes across the franchise’s four films. Reedus has only worked on oneJohn Wickfilm (so far), but already has unyielding respect for Keanu Reeves' commitment to training for the role. He said:
“I know Keanu, and my hat’s off to him because it’s a very physical, full-on, I-need-a-bottle-of-Advil-all-day-long type of job. But it’s fun. It’s super fun.”

Norman Reedus Hypes Daryl Dixon Season 2 Finale as the ‘Best One-Hour Walking Dead Ever’
Norman Reedus promises the Season 2 finale of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will be ‘mind-blowing.’
Norman Reedus is perhaps best known for his long-running role in AMC’sThe Walking Deadas Daryl Dixon, a motorbike-riding, crossbow wielding survivor of a zombie apocalypse. Daryl gets in numerous fights on the show, and its new spin-off,The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, but Norman Reedus said they’re nothing compared to his role inBallerina. He continued:

Ballerinawill be the second spin-off set in theJohn Wickuniverse. 2023 saw the release ofThe Continental, outlining Winston Scott’s rise to power as the manager of the New York branch of the iconic, hitman harboring hotel. However, the three-part mini-series wasn’t strongly received by fans or critics.
