It looked like the movie business was making strides toward something resembling normalcy in recent weeks. Yet, that seems impossible now as Regal cinemas is closing its doors again. AMC and Cinemark will attempt to weather the storm but, for many of us, it’s still streaming time. Luckily, there is no shortage of options for those in need of a new movie to watch this weekend. This week sees the release of Adam Sandler’s new Halloween movie on Netflix, as well as several other horror movies, including the latest from Jim Cummings....

Back in September 2014, TNT announced the development ofTitans, a live-action superhero series based on theDC Comicstitle Teen Titans. Two people have been arrested in connection to a shooting on the set of Denzel Washington’sThe Equalizer 2over the weekend. Two security guards were shot and wounded, but thankfully both survived as the injuries were not life threatening and the two were released from the hospital shortly after receiving treatment. The two gunmen, Dionte Martinez, 18, and Thomas Perkins, 18, have both been charged with assault with intent to murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition....
