Red, White & Royal Blueis being adapted for a screen viewing experience. Based on the novel by the same name, this story by Casey McQuiston ranked onPEOPLE’s 20-Must Read Books Written By Women’s list at a phenomenal number-two spot. The film follows Alex Claremont-Diaz (Taylor Zakhar Perez), the First Son of the United States after his mother becomes President of the United States, and Prince Henry (Nicholas Galitzine), a British prince. Things are going well for the new First Son until a few tabloids snapped some incriminating photos of Alex and Prince Henry in a full-on fight. In the good public eye, the pair attempt to stage a truce for both nations. In the process, they develop a secret romantic relationship that will either inspire peace or incite a new war.
Being a fan favorite among readers since its launch, theRed, White & Royal Blueadaptation is highly anticipated, with Galitzine citing he’s “never been involved with something that has this built-in fan base straight from the beginning”.
