Formerly titledScouts Vs Zombies, Paramount Pictures has released the first spooky clip from their horror comedyScout’s Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse. Paramount won’t have a panel presence at this year’sComic-Con, but they’re proving you don’t really need one if you have a coolsneak peekthat pulls some of the thunder away from theSan Diego convention center. And this short clip certainly does, if only for a second or two. We also get the first poster, which offers a unique take on the Swiss Army Knife.
In Scout’s Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, three scouts and lifelong friends join forces with one bad-ass cocktail waitress to become the world’s most unlikely team of heroes. When their peaceful town is ravaged by azombie invasion, they’ll fight for the badge of a lifetime and put their scouting skills to the test to save mankind from the undead. And obviously, one of the first tests they’ll face is fighting off a horde offlesh hungrykiller cats.
