Earlier this week, Disney and LucasFilm officially started production onStar Wars: Episode VIII, with the studios releasing a brief video from the set showcasingLuke Skywalker. WhenStar Wars: The Force Awakenswas in production back in 2014, many fans used drones to fly over the sets and take numerous spy photos, but the studio has already found a solution to that problem, hiring their own team of drone pilots to neutralize these machines. This strategy has paid off, since we haven’t seen any aerial photos so far. But earlier today, actressCarrie Fisherdid share a new photo, which reveals what the sequel’s secret title really is.
The actress’set photofeatures her beloved dog,Gary Fisher, but the most intriguing part of the image is the back of the chair this pooch is sitting in. The chair reveals that the secret working title forStar Wars 8is actuallySpace Bear. This working title was mentioned in an unconfirmed rumor that originated atMovieCastingCall.org, but we’re not sure if there’s any special meaning behind the fake title.
